textil art - Special School project for Telge Fastigheter AB / Södertälje Municipality. A 4.8m tapestry (XURUPI) created in collaboration with HV studio by Mariana Silva Varela and Kristin Enström.

SUMAR

 2022 is a sculpture group by Mariana Silva Varela and Jakob Krajcik, located in Långholmensparken's playground in partnership with the City of Stockholm. The sculptures represent the four basic elements and include prisms and Plexiglas pieces that reflect light, along with metal rods that create sounds in the wind. Discover more here.

LYCKSELE

2019

5 textile works / Bårtäcken / Palls for the Repatriation Ceremony in Lycksele. Repatriation is when museums return objects or human remains to their rightful place, addressing Europe's colonial past. Discussions around self-determination and colonialism emerge from returning items to their origins.
